Lindsay is passionate about helping organizations thrive by bringing financial clarity and building sustainable processes, enabling them to focus on community impact. She has experience in property management accounting for both non-profit and for-profit organizations across Atlanta. As a CPA, Lindsay has worked with Kinstone Communities since 2020 and took over as fractional CFO at Kinstone in 2023.

Justin cares deeply for people and desires to create spaces for Kinstone stakeholders to holistically flourish. Beginning his time with Kinstone Communities in 2024, Justin brings a variety of experiences from the non-profit, education, and housing sectors throughout 20+ years of organizational leadership. He enjoys the implementation of practical applications of strategic thinking.

Grace Daley is a Property Operator who combines strategic leadership with a passion for building thriving communities. Since helping launch Kinstone in 2019, she has driven growth through property acquisitions, large-scale renovations, full-team hiring, and the creation of systems that define company culture. More than overseeing day-to-day operations, she manages financial strategy, marketing, HR, and resident experience with an ownership mindset. Outside of work, Grace enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, friends, and family.

Justin has been in the multi-family industry for over a decade with most of that time spent at Kinstone Communities. Justin operates our Kinstone River Apartment Homes community with service and hospitality at the core. He strongly believes in making every resident feel heard, valued, and comfortable where they call home.
