Born and raised in Atlanta, Ben Teague has dedicated himself to serving the city. As the owner and CEO, he founded Kinstone Communities in 2019 to fulfill his vision and mission to cultivate communities where people are known. Ben is deeply committed to enriching the neighborhoods where Kinstone operates, ensuring each property is thoughtfully integrated into its local community. As a family-owned and operated company, Kinstone is committed to long-term ownership of its properties, providing lasting stability for residents and team members alike.
